Through the nonprofit arm of hélico Lab + Lounge, we deliver trauma-informed training, community workshops, and veteran transition programs that turn skill into stability and stories into strength. Bilingual, accessible, and execution-ready for funders and partners.

Program Areas / What We Do
- Trauma-Informed Training & Career Pathways — free/subsidized programs aligned with Ontario Private Career Colleges standards; modules include fragrance design, lab safety, batch production, and personal product creation; English/French with learning accommodations.
- Community Workshops & Healing Events — scent-based storytelling, grief-to-growth perfume labs, outreach with shelters, clinics, and women’s support networks.
- Veteran Transition & Co-Creation Labs — paid placements for women veterans; mentorship to develop product lines inspired by personal story; trauma-responsive scheduling and onboarding.
- Social Enterprise Integration — on-site manufacturing and retail provide real-world practice and dignified income opportunities.
- Transparency & Impact — clear milestones, partner accountability, and publicly shared frameworks for funders.
